Health Forum / American Hospital Association 2010 Leadership Summit

Chicago, IL (Vocus) April 14, 2010 -- The 18th annual Leadership Summit (www.healthforum.com/leadershipsummit) being presented by Health Forum (www.healthforum.com) and the American Hospital Association will bring more than 1,000 health care executives together to focus on the organizational characteristics, structures, and processes that will lead to a high-performing system of care. The Summit highlights the most effective and efficient approaches for hospitals and health systems to integrate care and improve financial and clinical performance along the continuum of care. The Summit will be held in San Diego, CA on July 22 – 24, 2010 at the Manchester Grand Hyatt.

Featured speakers for the 2010 Leadership Summit include: the Honorable Al Gore, 45th Vice President of the United States, Nobel Peace Laureate and best selling author of "An Inconvenient Truth" and "Our Choice"; Newt Gingrich, Founder, Center for Health Transformation; Steven D. Levitt, best-selling co-author of "Freakonomics" and "Superfreakonomics", and Professor, Department of Economics, University of Chicago; Martha Marsh, President & CEO, Stanford Hospital & Clinics; David P. Tilton, President and CEO, AtlantiCare; Dee Dee Myers, former White House Press Secretary, political analyst and commentator, contributing editor, Vanity Fair; and author of "Why Women Should Rule the World"; Lowell C.
